Good News For Educators and Their Students

We have made it much easier for educators and their students to use Philosophy Talk in the classroom. We now have an online (streamable only) archive of our entire archive of episodes. The Philosophy Talk archive is freely available to all members of the Stanford community. It is also available, on a time limited basis, to all educators -- but for educational use only. More information about the Philosophy Talk Archive is available on the web at:

http://library.stanford.edu/collections/philosophy-talk

If you are a member of the Stanford community, you may immediately and freely access the collection using your sunetid. If you are an outside educator, and want to use the collection in your classroom, contact University Archivist, Daniel Hartwig, at to arrange temporary access for you and your students.

For users who are  not current sunetid holders,  the Philosophy Talk Online Archive is restricted to educational use only. It is available to non-Stanford educators on a temporary, password restricted basis.  Episodes are not to downloaded, copied, or otherwise redistributed.
